## Description

The National Gallery requires a Contractor to continue conducting a trial of fundraising from visitors, based on personal engagement that leads directly to a monetary donation, undertaken in a manner consistent with the traditions and culture of our organisation\. The trial shall be self-funding, and a report at the end of the trial shall outline findings and offer proposals for the future approaches to visitor donations\. The Gallery has been running a trial since September 2017, and will be seeking to develop a specification for a long-term partnership to be tendered during 2018\. This contract is to allow further trials and to maximise the receipt of donations Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
