Operational Management System

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of technical services to develop a software tool linking core Expressway features to operational performance. The function of this tool will be to optimise expressway concept design; support an audit trail for concept design inclusions; support value for money assessment; and produce a comprehensive dataset. This will support Highways England ambitions for the upgrade of our busiest A roads in this road period and beyond. The tool is programmed to be completed by 30 June 2019, with support and hosting of the tool to continue to 31 October 2020.
