Contract Amendment No 2 - This amendment relates to \(a\) a change in the duration of the contract; \(b\) an increase in the Financial Limit of the Contract by £306,204; \(c\) the inclusion of revised Proformas to reflect the change in the Financial Limit; \(d\) changes in the designations and personnel of existing and additional key posts; and \(e\) changes in the Terms of Reference to reflect the additional deliverables to be achieved during the period of the contract extension\.
