Course Aim; To equip managers in the MHRA to guide and help their staff in the current and forthcoming multiple and complex change programmes that will affect all agency employees. Required Learning Outcomes • Understand the psychology of change and its effect • How to prepare self and others for long periods of change • How to keep staff engaged and motivated • Manage any resistance they may have • Manage your own reactions and behaviour before, during and after change
