Smart 5 Shelter Refurbishment – Principal Contractor

Description

Overall project aim is to carry out a programme of work to refurbish around 500 Smart 5 bus shelters during the spring/summer 2016. Scope of refurbishment includes (but is not limited to): 1. Replacing glazing system; 2. Re-painting or coating using proprietary system; 3. Removal of and re-wiring electrical installation. This tender is for a Principal Contractor to carry out the shelter refurbishments in line with the designs, specification and outline programme from AHR Building Consultancy.
