## Description

The works comprise of soft and hard landscaping to Sivolcea Way and Lanrick Road and includes: the supply, delivery, planting and maintenance of trees and plants; the supply, delivery treatment and installation of paving, vehicle restriction measures and furniture making good and; maintenance\. The landscaping works to be completed on 30th May 2016\. Maintenance services are required for a period of 12 months after that date \(i\.e\. until 30th May 2017\)\. Additional information: The deadline for receipt of tenders is 23 February 2016 at 12 noon\. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
