## Description

Transport for Greater Manchester \(TfGM\) is looking to contract for the design, installation, testing and commissioning of friction modifier mechanical equipment and fluid for a substantial proportion of its light rail vehicles \(trams\)\. In the first instance, TfGM is looking for a ‘Proof of Concept’ \(trial\) with the installation of this equipment on five \(5\) trams and subject to satisfactory completion of this trial, the successful supplier will install the equipment to a substantial proportion, if not all, of the remaining fleet\.
