REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR PLACE-SHAPING OPTIONS APPRAISAL WITHIN THE NORDEN WARD IN BASINGSTOKE

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has ambitious plans for growth, maintaining a supply of well-designed new homes, accelerating the delivery of infrastructure and unlocking opportunities to create more homes and jobs. The council is seeking to appoint external expert advisors with experience in place shaping and community engagement to undertake options appraisals for focus areas within the ward and help us develop a costed action plan. The appointed consultants should be able to bring together the required range of expertise to inform the development of deliverable options and demonstrate the potential positive impact on the local community.
