## Description

In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations and the Authority's service order, the Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority \(the Authority\) is seeking to choose a Tenderer\(s\) by competitive tender for the provision of Redundant Vehicles for Road Traffic Collision Training and Community Safety Awareness Demonstrations\. The Authority requires vehicles for road traffic collision training\. The vehicles will be delivered to and removed from nominated fire stations \(the holding station\) throughout Kent\. The Authority also requires vehicles for road safety demonstrations\. The vehicles will be used for a 'mock up' of a serious road traffic collision\. Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: This procurement opportunity will be completed via the Kent Business Portal — ProContract electronic tendering suite, a site run by Due North\. Contractors interested in this opportunity should register on the Kent Business Portal \(www\.kentbusinessportal\.org\.uk\) and express interest\. The Kent Business Portal \(ProContract\) is an electronic tendering site run by Due North\. Once you have successfully registered and expressed interest in the opportunity via the Portal you will be sent an e-mail containing a direct link to the opportunity on the ProContract site\. You will then be able to download the ITT documentation\. It is a requirement that the ITT is completed and returned via the Kent Business Portal\. No other submission route is permitted\. Failure to follow this path may result in the ITT submission being disregarded\.
