LOWEDGES MAISONETTE ROOFING RENEWAL - CONTRACT B

Description

The project comprises the renewal of roofs to Maisonette blocks within the Lowedges area of Sheffield. These blocks have recently been inspected following storm damage to adjacent properties of a similar construction type, and are considered at high risk of damage if similar storms were to occur, with roofs in a generally poor condition. Works will include flat roofing Icopal coverings, fascia, soffits, gutters and all rainwater goods, together with all associated items such as flashing, chimney repairs and insulation. Any ancillary roofs and off shots to the main roof will also be included. The Contractor will provide all necessary scaffolding and access. The project will comply with all necessary ecology legislation and ecologists will be consulted and provide a site presence.
