Utilising the MSB Digital Services Strategic Partner Procurement Framework (Lot 4c), the MSB Digital Services will procure support from one of their partners to deliver the following outputs; • a Tender Specification for an Integrated Shared Care Record that meets the needs of the Mid and South Essex STP to provide a region-wide Health Care Service for approximately 1.2 million patients and service users; • develop a Business Case based on the 5 Case Model for an Integrated Shared Care Record solution, which allows the STP to draw down on the £8.42 million central government funding.
