Work description
Halton Borough Council is seeking appropriately qualified and experienced providers to provide a care and support package as defined by the requirements within the Pen Picture attached (JWSupport.docx).
It is anticipated that the support will start 22nd February 2016 and be reviewed by the 21st February 2017.
