Provision of Value Added Reseller services 36 month contract and one 12 month optional extension\. This framework has been awarded on a non-committed spend basis\. The framework will be in place for up to four years\. Requirements will be called off over the Term and as such the contract value represents a maximum spend over this period, on this Framework\.
