Work description
Request for Information (RFI) in relation to the provision of a town centre flexible working space for Surrey Heath Borough Council.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
Proposals are required to better understand the viability and commerciality of the solutions and to enable a Business Case to be produced and funding approved. If deemed viable, a procurement process will be undertaken according to the relevant threshold.
