DDP123 Inspection of Private Rented House Programme

Description

Derbyshire Dales District Council, with its project partners Amber Valley Borough Council and Erewash Borough Council, is out to tender for a supplier to undertake a planned programme of housing inspections (against the requirements of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and the Decent Homes Standard) and landlord and tenant engagement relating to the Private Rented Housing sector across the three Local Authorities.\r \r This project follows work undertaken by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) relating to statistical modelling to estimate non-decent dwellings at Local Authority level.
