## Description

ENGIE Services Ltd, working in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council, are seeking suitably qualified contactor to design and build a pre-let facility at Stallingborough Industrial Estate in Stallingborough\. This project is the first of its kind as part of the South Humber Industrial Investment Programme\. The build will consist of office space, research & development, production facilities and warehouse space\.
