The Department for Transport is providing financial support to Airports and Ground Handlers in England that have been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak\. The Airport and Ground operations support scheme \(AGOSS\) is a grant scheme intended to be spent on costs that are proved to be fixed or mandatory for a commercial passenger serving operation\.
