A comprehensive independent review of how corporation tax is assessed in Natural England \(NE\)\. Including NE's corporation tax status, an assessment of corporation tax liability by each different income stream and whether exemptions should be sought with HMRC\. Where NE does have taxable income streams, recommendations as to ways in which any resulting tax liabilities could be mitigated\.
