Production of an Integrated Impact Assessment to assess the impact of the Local Transport Plan (LTP)

Production of an Integrated Impact Assessment to assess the impact of the Local Transport Plan (LTP) as per the 2009 DfT LTP guidance. The IIA will encompass a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA), Equalities Impact Assessment (EqIA) and Health Regulation Assessment (HIA).

Main written deliverables required for the IIA will include: • IIA Scoping Report by February 2024 • Consultation on the IIA Scoping Report with statutory consultees for statutory five-week consultation period in February 2024 • IIA Screening and IIA assessment (draft SEA report, EqIA report, HIA report and HRA Screening Review) for public consultation in June 2024 • IIA Reports finalized by October 2024
