Carriageway Surfacing Works - Phase 2

Description

This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on: • Wycollar Road, Blackburn • Billinge Close, Blackburn • St James Road, Blackburn • Old Bank Lane, Blackburn • Lynwood Avenue, Darwen • Birch Hall Avenue, Darwen And will encompass the following works: • Carriageway inlay resurfacing; • Reconstruction of speed tables/humps • Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; • Replacement of road markings; • Replacement of pedestrian delineation studs; • Liaison with stakeholders and the public; • Traffic management.
