Homes England - Multidisciplinary - Slope Engineering Works and Footpath Adoptions - Ashland, Milton Keynes

The lead consultant will need to procure and manage a range of professional services to undertake this commission, which has been structured on the following works packages:\r 1) Reinstatement Works including small-scale engineering/earthworks and landscaping works.\r 2) Repairs/defect correction to footpath links to enable facilitate their adoption by MKC; and,\r 3) Contract management in respect of the existing Building Lease with the developer on the adjacent housing site.
