St Margaret's Way is located in the village of Leverstock green, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, 26 miles North West of London.

The works consist of the demolition of the existing buildings, foundations and hardstanding's and erection of a single 3 storey building consisting of 30nr 1 & 2 bedroom units (incorporating wheelchair accessible units) and 16nr 2 & 3 bedroom houses with associated car parking, storage units, scooter stores, bin stores, cycle stores and community amenity spaces. The Contract will be the JCT Design and Build 2016 incorporating Dacorum Borough Council amendments.
