GB-Norwich: 17-008 - Photovolatic (PV) Installations

Broadland Housing Association (BHA) have identified PV as a suitable and cost effective means of achieving required improvements to SAP ratings for 39 properties across three schemes, most properties require 2kW systems, although some properties require 1kW systems.

The installations are to be undertaken directly by the appointed MCS accredited contractor, sub-contracting the installations to another MCS accredited company or one working under an 'Umbrella' agreement will not be accepted. The installations should fully comply with the MCS/ECA publication: Guide to the Installation of Photovoltaic Systems and the MCS document MIS 3002 V3.3.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
