Mercantile House Phase 3 (PM, QS, CA)

This SLA is made between Ridge and Partners LLP and University of Portsmouth Higher Education Corporation for the provision of Lot 2 (Project Management) and Lot 4 (Quantity Surveyor) Construction Consultancy Services under the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement.

The Supplier has been appointed under Lot 2 Project Management Services and Lot 4 Quantity Surveying to manage the Mercantile Phase 3 project. Services shall include:
