This SLA is made between Ridge and Partners LLP and University of Portsmouth Higher Education Corporation for the provision of Lot 2 \(Project Management\) and Lot 4 \(Quantity Surveyor\) Construction Consultancy Services under the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement\. The Supplier has been appointed under Lot 2 Project Management Services and Lot 4 Quantity Surveying to manage the Mercantile Phase 3 project\.
