Work description
The University has a requirement to appoint a contractor to work under a single stage construction process for the refurbishment of bedrooms and en-suite shower rooms at Hamwic Student Residence. The University is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations").
