## Description

The City of Wolverhampton Council wish to establish a co-ordinated and comprehensive post diagnosis support service that comprises of two components but operates as a single entity with a single point of contact\. The single point of contact needs to be available to the public from 9\.30am to 4\.30pm Monday to Friday as a minimum\.
