## Description

This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council \(GCC\) on behalf of Ubico Ltd via open procedure to seek a supplier for the Provision of Pest Control Services\. The initial term of the Contract will be for the period of 2 years\. The initial term may be extended by a period or periods of up to 3 years\. Total potential Contract term including extensions is 5 years\. The aim is for the Supplier to provide a corporate service provision for all sites\. During the initial term of the Contract the service delivery will be implemented on the sites at different terms as existing service provisions/contract expire\.
