Caring for Better Outcomes - Invitation to Participate in a Further Competition - AWARD

Norfolk County Council (NCC) is commissioning good quality home care providers to work in partnership with Norfolk First Support (NFS) to increase capacity for home-based reablement care and support, under the service title; Caring for Better Outcomes (CfBO). We wish to invite Providers already appointed to the Framework for Home Support in Norfolk to apply to deliver CfBO. Caring for Better Outcomes will support people to regain and maximise their independence following a period in hospital.
