Provision of a Link-Bus service between Royal Stoke University Hospital \(location: Stoke-on- Trent in Staffordshire\) & County Hospital \(location: town of Stafford, in Staffordshire\)\. Up to 365 days per annum\. Hours of operation 06:00 to 23:00 \(inclusive\), utilising buses with 16 seats or more, fully DDA compliant \(i\.e\. able to accommodate wheelchairs\) The anticipated total contract period, including extension periods, is 5 years from the date stated\. Offers proposed will be evaluated for the primary term of 36 months, excluding any extension periods\.
