## Description

The Ward Refurbishment Programme is looking to establish a series of tenders to award multiyear contracts to serve the Programme from FY2026/27\. Specialist advice is required to develop the commercial approach and the form of contract among other tasks\. This is a direct award through the NHS SBS framework, Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services \(HPCCAS\) Lot 04 Quantity Surveyor\.
