To provide suitable professionals and experienced candidates and enabling the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) to effectively fill vacant roles: temporary, fixed term and contractor positions, across a variety of organisational specialisms. Some of the services to be provided by the Agency to meet GPhC's requirement are: • Sourcing and briefing potential suitable candidates to determine candidate(s) suitability and interest for the roles through preliminary discussions • Arrange briefing meetings • Advise on Candidate(s) Requirements • Advise on key factors pertaining to the post/appointment e.g., salary benchmarking data and market information • Proposed recruitment exercise prior to any recruitment campaign commencing • Plan/agree the recruitment exercise in conjunction with GPhC
