Work description
Chelmsford City Council and Chelmsford Hockey Club (the joint employer) invites tenders for the refurbishment of a Water Based Hockey Pitch and an Artificial Grass Pitch at Chelmer Park, Beehive Lane, Chelmsford, Essex. This joint procurement is being led by Chelmsford City Council on behalf of both organisations.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
