## Description

This is an Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Befriending Service\.Rochdale Adult Care Services and the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group \(CCG\) are seeking to commission a provider to develop and deliver a befriending service that addresses loneliness and isolation amongst adults \(over 50 years and carers aged 18 and over\) that is focused on delivering outcomes for vulnerable older individuals and carers\. This Service has been advertised under a Light Touch Regime\.
