WP3205 - Delivery, collection and recycling of wheeled waste and recycling containers

The Council wishes to appoint one suitably qualified contractor to assemble and deliver 240 litre wheeled bins, recover, disassemble and recycle 140 litre wheeled bins from up to 40,000 properties sporadically distributed across the Borough.
