## Description

RMBC is looking for an experienced supplier to provide a Sundry Debtors platform which will perform a range of services, including a total billing and recovery process from the raising of customer accounts and invoices, through recovery stages including use of external collection agents and legal proceedings\. It must also be to integrate with the Council financial solution which is currently provided by Advanced Business Solutions
