ENCircle Magazine print and distribution contract

East Northamptonshire Council invite suitably experienced, skilled and competent organisations to print and distribute the Council's quarterly magazine, ENCircle, to all 39,600* approx. domestic properties in the district, to the Council Offices, Thrapston (100 copies) and to six libraries in the district: Higham Ferrers, Irthlingborough, Oundle, Rushden, Raunds and Thrapston (50 copies per library x 6 = 300 copies). *(the contractor will be responsible for ensuring that distribution rounds are updated to include all new properties in the district)

The contract is for an initial term of two years, 1 June 2017 to 31 May 2019, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months to 31 May 2020 subject to performance.
