## Description

Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across Ten estates\. As part of the works Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out various electrical upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms\. The contract will also include conducting Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations \(Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR\) and installing Heat Detectors and CO2 Detectors\. The Contract will be operated on a "Supply and Install" basis\. NE Procurement Ltd \("NEP"\) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body\.
