Live Services Agile Transformation ecm 10176

The contract is for the delivery of agile transformation/development services to iterate Live Service products based on business need. In addition, the products will need regular maintenance drops (security patching, software upgrades, live service monitoring etc).

For each of the products there is a requirement to ensure they continue to meet DWP Digital standards and legal requirements, this includes:

- Service availability - Resolution of live incidents and problems - Accessibility - Keeping services secure - General Data Protection requirements

The team will need to actively manage a backlog and product roadmap that continuously uses evidence to iterate the product ensuring the above standards are met and that product continue to meet user needs.
