Southern Rail Link to Heathrow

The Heathrow Rail Access (HRA) programme is Departmental priority with links to the Heathrow Expansion Programme. A new Southern Rail Link to Heathrow (SRLtH) from Waterloo and/or Surrey/Hampshire to Heathrow forms part of the long-term aspiration for the railway and is an exciting opportunity to harness new and innovative ideas from the private sector. Following Ministerial endorsement to proceed with both the Commercial and Strategic Objectives workstreams and a Pre-SOBC, DfT is seeking to appoint a specialist Project Manager with experience of early project development on complex projects and procurements, to provide project, risk and benefits management for SRLtH, and if required, to support further specific aspects of the project.
