Description

Liverpool City Council (LCC) are commencing a review of the Local Plan (adopted 2022). The Local Development Scheme was approved by the City Council's Cabinet in July 2023 and can be found on the website: https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/plan-making-in-liverpool/local-development-scheme/. The City Council are inviting bids from suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a Retail and Leisure Study for the city in accordance with national planning policy and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). \r \r The Study will focus on those Main Town Centre Uses relating to retail and leisure as detailed in Annex 2 of National Planning Policy Guidance\r Additional information: Do not contact offices directly, please conduct all communication via Procontract
