## Description

A 10-year contract \(with break clauses\) to deliver grounds maintenance and gardening services to sites in all areas of Advance Housing's operation under 8 geographically-defined Lots\. The contract will run for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by one-year periods up to five times, i\.e\. up to a maximum contract term of 10 years per Lot\.
