Three River is seeking an experienced evaluation partner to develop and deliver an evaluation framework to measure the impact of our programme over 4 years. This is a Creative People and Places programme funded by Arts Council England situated in the London Borough of Bexley. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
