Leicestershire County Council run s and operates 198 rural shelters across Leicestershire County Council Towns including, Loughborough, Ashby de la Zouch, Hinckley, Market Harborough and Melton\. \(see schedule 3 Specification\)\. The Council is seeking an operator that will inspect, maintain and clean the shelters\.
