## Description

The Central Print Unit provides a printing resource and processes requests from various sections of Sandwell MBC, external companies and local members\. The orders vary from 1 print request to thousands\. The system currently used is 20 \+ years old and has not been supported for several years\. It runs on Vista and is not compatible with the current Windows Operating system & Office 365\. No back-ups are taken\. There is a requirement to replace this existing system so that it is compliant with the current ICT infrastructure and security\.
