Integration - Service Management

This Contract shall provide a Service Designer to audit, support and define our future Operating Model and working practices. This contract shall also provide a Business Relationship Manager to manage a team, improve a healthy team structure and build key communication network(s) to liaise with Customers, Service Owners, and Product Owners to help drive improved services which meet or exceed expectations.
