## Description

To provide a service to victims of hate crime and hate incidents offering emotional and practical support in order to build resilience and to help individuals move forward with their lives\. To increase awareness of hate crime and how to report hate incidents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract was suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However the selection of tenderers was based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender\.
