Plus Dane currently does not have any formal arrangements in place for provision of legal services. It is anticipated that a framework for legal services will be procured in late 2018. Based on current spend for 2017/2018, the overall legal spend across all Lots is expected to be approx. £600 - 650k per annum. It is currently proposed to split the framework into the following lots, for all Lots the work will be relevant to the social housing sector: •Lot 1: Property (Existing property including disrepair) •Lot 2: Development •Lot 3: Corporate (Includng but not limited to: Corporate Governance, Corporate-related employment advice, Pensions, Charity law, procurement law, All HR employment advice, Commercial disputes, Grant applications, IT and information law, Data protection and freedom of information etc.) •Lot 4: Banking & Finance •Lot 5 Housing Management (including: Housing litigation, General housing advice, Housing management policy advice)
