Contract for the Provision of Oxford GPIT Replacement PCs

This contract is for the provision of Dell Hardware to Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

This document outlines the Procurement process that has been undertaken to contract with Dell Direct to support the Oxfordshire GPiT Hardware Refresh programme with the aim to supply 83 x OptiPlex 3080 Micro XCTO desktop computers.

Approval is sought to award the contract to Dell Corporation PLC for the value of £41,334.00 exclusive of VAT following an SFI compliant process, in the form of a Direct Award using HTE Framework Terms and Conditions, as listed as part of the HealthTrust Europe's (HTE's) ESEE ICT Solutions 2020 Framework Terms and Conditions.
