## Description

Demolition, site clearance, asbestos removal and ground preparation works to sites at \(i\) Medina Avenue, Newport ; \(ii\) New Street, Newport; and \(iii\) Lowtherville, Ventnor, Isle of Wight\. The RFQ is divided into three Lots\. Potential Suppliers can bid for any combination of Lots \(one or more\)\. Additional information: Please note that the initial term\(s\) of the contract\(s\) is 6 months but there is the facility for extending for up to a further 6 months\. The value is for the full potential duration \(6 months initial term and up to a further potential 6 months\)\. 28/03/24 PLEASE NOTE: This has changed to "The term of the contract is expected to be 1 May 2024 until 31 October 2024 \(6 months\)\.
